It began with a small group of area pioneers in 1890 who just wanted to be known as “Christians.” From these humble roots First Christian Church (FCC) was born. For over a century, generations of parishioners have sought to live out the Gospel of Jesus Christ; not just within the safe walls of a sanctuary, but serving as active agents of love and hope throughout the Midland community. The congregation of FCC continues today in its efforts to share the good news of Christ not just in word but in deed as well.
